The venue will be advised by early October. Electronic copies of agenda, minutes of previous AGM, proxy form and nomination forms for Board members and officers will be emailed to all members at the beginning of October. Please note that only current financial members are able to participate in the Board member elections and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
